Harry Lee (b. 1892) - Last Will and Testament

The following is a transcription of the Last Will and Testament of Harry Lee (b. 1892), who died 18/Apr/1924, aged 31. He was the brother-in-law of director Alfred Hitchcock.

Last Will and Testament

THIS IS THE LAST AND ONLY WILL of me HARRY LEE of "The White Hart" Public House, Hooper Street, Leman Street, in the County of London, but at present serving in His Majesty's Forces.

I devise and bequeath all the estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever both real and personal to which I may be entitled or which I may have power to dispose of at my decease unto and to the use of my wife Ellen Kathleen Lee, her heirs, executors and administrators respectively absolutely and I appoint her sole EXECUTRIX of this my will IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto set my hand this eleventh day of March one thousand nine hundred and eighteen.
