John Hitchcock Ltd., Fishmongers & Poulterers

By 1923, John Sylvester Hitchcock had established John Hitchcock Ltd., Fishmongers & Poulterers, with addresses throughout London, which included the shops owned by his brothers Charles Joseph (36 Chapel Street) and Alfred (79 Tower Bridge Road), but not William's two former fish shops on Salmon Lane:
