Honour for 'Vertigo' Novak

The film star Kim Novak (above), famed for her role in Alfred Hitchcock's classic thriller, Vertigo, was set to receive a lifetime-achievement award at the 47th Berlin film festival. Novak, one of Hollywood's biggest sex symbols during her heyday in the 1950s and 60s, was set to receive the festival's "Golden Bear" award.
