The Man from Home (1922)

(Redirected from Man from Home)

Previously thought to be a "lost" film, Hitchcock scholars Alain Kerzoncuf and Charles Barr located a print with Dutch intertitles whilst researching their book Hitchcock Lost and Found.[1]

Production

The Man from Home was directed by George Fitzmaurice and based on a play by Booth Tarkington. The scenario was written by Fitzmaurice's wife, Ouida Bergère, and Alfred Hitchcock designed the intertitle cards.

The film starred James Kirkwood, Anna Q. Nilsson, Geoffrey Kerr, Norman Kerry, Dorothy Cumming, Edward Dagnall, Annette Benson and José Ruben.
